How true... don't forget fondle, fawn, touch, and grab.

It seems there are only two possibilities from Judge Wright's decision.

o She concluded that the touching and grabbing occurred and was not illegal.

o She concluded that Jones' lawyers did not have sufficient evidence to prove that the touching and grabbing occurred regardless of the legality.

If the latter, it is solely a matter of Wright's opinion and could easily be overturned.

If the former, looks like this case has set a legal precedent that as long as one propositions (no matter how boorish ie. touch, grab, and expose yourself) only once and it's not done on company grounds it's perfectly legal!

Either way it is a Pyrrhic victory. (Perhaps Phallic victory? ;)
