WASHINGTON, DC, Mar. 31, 1998 (States) -- Larry Laimo, a shareholder of All American
Food Group of So. Plainfield, N.J., reported on March 26, 1998 the proposed sale of 950
shares in March 1998, for $200 through Colin Winthrop & Co. Inc.

He's selling at $.210526 roughly a share. Does he know something? :-o

By the way! We're back at $.50 this morning. I guess thats when the previous Friday's sale goes thru for:
