There are 6 producing wells on this property already (does USR get their revenue as well???). I have been told that we cannot expect each well to produce a whole lot (100-300K), but the wells will produce for a VERY long time (they are just about self perpetuating as the coal is still producing gas). These are shallow wells and are cheap ($75K) to drill. The payback should be less than 1 year, after that it's gravy. I was also told that USR plans on drilling 60 the first year (not just 30 as the contract states). The market is stupid. The usual buy on rumor, sell on news. The FUNDAMENTALS ARE STRONG... we will do very well. Do the research! TTYL...
