You got it! Sounds like you understand trading dynamics pretty well.
Other firms may not work like that but Schwab's trade-off business is
set up that way. Many investors think they get screwed by default if
it goes to the regionals. At rare times, you could be due a fill and didn't
get one -- bring it to their attention and they will research it. If you are
due, they will honor it. However, the client has to recognize a possible
mistake and point it out (like anywhere else in life too).
