Tony,

First off what the heck are you doing watching your level II at 1 am EST anyway? LOL. The only thing I can think of is that at 12:00 am all the servers reset themselves. I don't know what data provider you use but PC Quote is in Chicago so 12:00 Chicago time would be 1:00 EST. I hope that helps.
