BCfan, Great post. It is good to see someone focused on FAMH.

The more I look at HDWY the more excited I am about FAMH.
They did what FAMH is attempting to do with the merger to NASDAQ.

They are trading today at $9.50 with an eps of .28 cents. They are trading at a 33.93 multiple. Several weeks ago they were trading at a multiple of around 25.8. And their financials came out early March and their price has continued to climb.

HDWY recently completed 3 acquisitions that will add 30 million to their annual revenues. Does that sound familiar (MYRIAD).

This is an example that shows me that even though the revenue from Myriad will take a few months to show on the financials, it will definitely affect the price in a very positive way much sooner, especially once FAMH is a NASDAQ company.

The exciting thing is that FAMH will have an even HIGHER 1997 EPS than HDWY. And the acquisition of Myriad is larger than the 3 acquisitions that HDWY just completed.

If FAMH with a post merger EPS of .36 cents trades at the same multiple as HDWY (and FAMH could even surpass HDWY) this is what we would be looking at:

33.93 x .36 = $12.23

If you like HDWY, you will love FAMH. In my opinion, anyone that sells FAMH at $1.50, will be kicking themselves like some are now doing on DGIV.
