Your comments towards the end and they seem to imply that I'm naysaying the stock, my only comment - reread my two posts yesterday. The filing I've read and understand. The reason it was posted was to clarify any misunderstanding about the reason for the filing. I've been buying the various options in this stock for some time now and simply because I don't post often, doesn't mean I'm here knocking this stock. As far as research, it's already been done, now its simply a waiting game. BTW if you haven't requested their investors package, it's worth the time to call. Enjoy. Vipul
