Beach, that is my view as well. I am somewhat concerned about the proposed increase in shares bo a third to 400,000,000 from 300,000,000. I am hoping that the shares will be in reserve, and not impact our existing shares until and unless Bay is doing a big acquisition of needed technology. I am holding but damm it,I will try like hell in the future not to bet on the underdog. Unfortunately I now have an emotional interest in Bay as I have held for so long ....for example in the semi equip I have recently bought amat ,,,not lam research. If I would have just bought Cisco when I bought Bay I would have at least doubled my money...instead I am down 500 bucks,,,
