It is amazing to see how nibble investors are (especially with SMU now, a stock really beaten up). I my book there is NO real stockmarket mania...yet!. Many pundits say that "a big correction is coming,... even potentially a super duper crash"... I believe a big correction is coming... but NOT NOW in the USA. No reason for that. Of course, we could talk ourselves into dumping stocks. I happen to believe, after my reading about crashes, that those are unexpected (I mean the day it happens). And I compiled a table (from my "crashes" reading
members.aol.com
that shows that many events need to be in place to have a crash a la 1987 or 1929. We are NOT there yet, in the US. Corrections could occur, but there is a LOT of money, right now, on the sidelines... ready to jump in a hurry at any "panic" selling. IMHO the market is ready for a blow off rather than a big time correction. Time to be fully invested... IMHO
I see SMU up from here.
Good luck
Gaston
