Mark,

Thanks for the post. We need and encourage good points.

One the NASDAQ listing, it is my understanding that the $4 dollar price range can be waived if there are enough assets, cash and income to support the company. I think there is something to that effect on the NASDAQ web site. Just have to search for it. Sorry, I failed to bookmark it. Dumb, but in hurry and you know; haste makes waste.

If you get time and find it would you post it please? That would be great.

I agree with you on the Institutional Investors. But, there has been interest, as soon as the stock is NASDAQ listed. But, you are correct in stating that they can not purchase OCT-BB securities. That was an excellent point and well stated.

Mark, I feel our greatest tool is sharing tips and knowledge with all the shareholders on this site as to the games the Market Makers play. If we can all learn to understand how the game is played, we can become better players as well. I know when I began to see and understand what was being done to the investors it sure opened my eyes.

I too was pleased to see the support we are providing for the stock. If we shareholders make it a point to learn as much we possible can about the dynamics of trading, it makes us better investors and an asset to the companies we support. The OTC stock is certainly a different breed of cat.

:o)
