Joe, The McDonalds comment just is one more indicator of your ignorance.

Tell me, what legitimate business would give their CEO a 100% raise while their stock price was falling by 90%. Seems to me that Furlong was rewarded for pumping the stock up. What else could he have been rewarded for?

I believe if you were to quantify Furlong's $250,000 from IPM, his unstated salary from MGAU, and his unstated share of the ADDITIONAL consulting fees mentioned in Note 12, his compensation probably exceeded that of Bill Gates.

But you defend such practices and ridicule somebody who questions them. I guess that shows why you were stupid enough to hold this stock all the way to these levels.
