Hi Alan, You know I never did receive a fax. It makes me feel that I'm not loved, (laugh). Well look. I have had all weekend to look at it and in a way it looks good but then it doesn't. Convince me. I hve to send my vote in tomorrow. Well look, I will become more agressive on my postings on the Atlanta thread. Basically everything is around AAG. I won't stop posting on the VSY thread but anything that has to do with the merger will be posted here. Good trading next week, Ron
