If one has the capacity, serious consideration
should be given to averaging down at these levels.

Mr. Yates has a grand plan for JPI and as observers
must or should know, very little holds him back.

The market depth this morning caught my eye... suggest
the same.

Pending final interpretations of numbers, a PR will be
