Dear George: DCI is in the best financial shape in it's history;for example: EPS : $.13 per share R.O.A. : 6.92% R.O.E : 11.2% Total Assets:$20.0 million Current ratio:3 to 1 Total Equity:$12.0 million Sales: increased over last year(for the nine month period) by $5.2 million or approximately 500% Cash dividend: $.01 per share The Audit for the fiscal year ended March31,1998 has commenced and is expected to be completed by May 15,1998.Needless to say we expect to announce record breaking revenues and earnings,now that the quarter has been completed.
