An URL for a companies S-8 (not SEXI's) for those that want to see what an S-8 looks like. sec.gov This one is for a company that sells Corvette accessories and parts via catalogs and has been in this business quite awhile but went public about a year ago in order to expand at a faster growth rate. In this instance Eckler Industries has hired (Gerald Larder) as a consultant to help promote this stock to the financial community etc..... in exchange for stock. (I have heard this guys name before and he is good at what he does which is to help bring a companies attention to the market and investors (small and also institutions). Anyway the S-8 includes information regarding the agreement, term, services, limitations on services, duties, compensation, payment, relationship between the parties, and other good stuff. BTW --- There are usually a lot of pages to any SEC documents even an S-8 and can get very expensive if you have to order them from the SEC. Tara (curious George)
