If the former, looks like this case has set a legal precedent that as long as one propositions (no matter how boorish ie. touch, grab, and expose yourself) only once and it's not done on company grounds it's perfectly legal! Seems reasonable enough to me. He invites her to meet him in a hotel room? Jones says she thought he was gonna offer her a job? (Well, very likely he was, but she claims she had a REAL job in mind.) This is not very credible, to put it charitably. Reminds me of the story of a college friend. She got home from a date one night and described a misadventure. "There we were in the motel room, and suddenly he was all over me!" Uh-huh. Did she suppose they were there to watch TV?
