4 MM's now. The company is working on moving to the electronic BB.

I suspect that people aren't talking because there hasn't been news recently. I'm pretty sure that we'll be seeing a press release quite soon. Most investors know that the financing is coming together nicely, and that another big step is about to be made in Michigan.
Unfortunately, the company is not able to reveal the details of these matters until they are finally settled.

Regarding Richmond Downs, my understanding is that presentations have been made to many groups, including some committees which report to the Richmond council of the whole. Several major business groups in Richmond have given their support. If you think about some of the arrangements that need to be made to realize a project of this size (bigger than GM place in Vancouver) you will probably be able to imagine some of the discussions that are taking place - of both political and practical nature.

Sorry I can't be more specific, but I would certainly agree with anyone who puts in a stink bid to pick up any shares that drift into the low end of the range. My guess is that the only people picking up those cheap shares now are the MM's. I think the large spread is a consequence of extremely low volumes. 2400 shares is nothing. The spread will tighten when the volume rises. It's clear to me that current shareholders are not in a mood to sell now. Equally, potential buyers seem to be waiting for news before putting in their orders.
