Do you think this is a vague scare tactic? How can it be quantified in terms of future costs, and consequent earnings reductions? I have no idea, and I don't know if it is being played up by those who want to short the stock market. Should we be highly sceptical of all this stuff? Does it simply feed into a general paranoia?
