Altris Software Inc. Announces Management Change
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 2, 1998--Altris Software, Inc. (Nasdaq/NMS:ALTS) announced today that Jay Tanna has resigned from his positions as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company.
The Company further announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Roger Erickson interim Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Robert Bruce, former Chairman of the Board from 1990 to 1996, will be assisting the Company as a consultant in the implementation of its business plan.
Erickson, who was most recently serving as Altris' Vice President, Strategic Partners, has been with the Company for over fifteen years. He has served the Company in various capacities including Vice President, Sales and Vice President, Engineering and was also Chief Executive Officer from 1991 to 1993. Erickson has a M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a B.A. in Mathematics from Westmont College.
The Chairmanship of the Board remains vacant at this time.
