Yea, I read it. Looks like they're starting it with money they sucked out of Teal while overstating revenues/earnings. I know shareholders will never see the bucks, but I hope the lawyers take every penny of Messers Thomas' and Schulamn's blood money. Imperial Bank, which works with both TriTeal and KeyLime (new venture) says they have "no reservations" working with Thomas and Schulman. Just proves a banker will crawl into bed with anybody if there's a buck to be had. Article points out that Schulman's desk is decorated with a sign that says "show me the money" - I guess TriTeal shareholders would echo that sentiment and ask Schulman to turn the sign around so he can read it all day long.
