A couple of bothersome issues today...not the least of which is TBR is down and the Bovespa is up almost 1/2%. This statement suggests a problem I hadn't considered. Sounds like they're suggesting the premiums on the TBR wireless spinoffs may be affected by the lowball rates offered by the new competitor.
