Jerry, it seems to me that Amylin would not be worried about another diabetes drug since they have Pramlintide in Phase III which is apparently doing very well. In other words, why do they care about two other early stage diabetes drugs when they have Pramlintide set to go to market soon. Could this be a bad sign for Pramlintide's upcoming Phase III results????? I would understand if the drugs were for something other than diabetes, but since they are for it, I am a little concerned! Do I have any reason to be???? Thanks. Michael Collins
