AGM voted in favor of the 13 for 1 roll back and a name change to Moreno Ventures. Current directors were re-elected. If Mr. Rosner was looked upon with such ill-will as you say, why was he re-elected as president? He has never controlled more than 15% of the stock, so SOMEBODY must have voted for him. I still have my shares in hope that this stock will recover in the future. No point in selling now, its not worth anything. But I doubt that anything positive will happen until the mining sector recovers. Where, oh where, is that Engineering Report?? Six months late and counting. Santos, do your crayons keep breaking? Tyson K. Stock is back trading again.
