I have expressed to InVitro International my huge concerns regarding the slaughtering that will take place on our INVI share value if the merger takes place. We will receive 10% of the "combined" new company. That means a 10-1 reverse split. (The ONLY split that will be successful is when ENVP splits as the ENVP ticker is being purchased by a LARGE non-public company for reasons of going public sooner and without all of the paperwork hassles.)

Anyway, I have expressed my concerns to InVitro International. I was told that many other shareholders have expressed the same concern, but that is the best they can do for us.

Possibilities:

1) The merger takes place with Miragen ... a company that is even smaller than InVitro. You can't get much smaller than 6 people (at least it was 6 people almost a year ago at InVitro - it might be less by now). I would much rather see them merge with a larger company. InVitro said that Miragen is their "best" candidate for a merger, yet Miragen cannot come up with financing. Again, we will see a 10-1 reverse split which has already been stated by InVitro in a press release.

2) No merger. This is even worse...

I sure hope InVitro has a third alternative!
