Message from Dan Murphy FYI.

I've been inundated at work and haven't had time to contact Dan as I said I'd do a couple of days ago. I'm also leaving on a business trip shortly and doubt if I'll have time to call before this weekend. However, the following is in response to a question I'd raised earlier on the thread. I asked Dan if it would be okay to post it and he said "sure". He also suggested I e-mail my remaining questions so he can get back to me while I'm on the road. So, hopefully I can post those the first of the week. [Actually several have already been answered and I expect more to be answered when we get the newsletter. Also, per Joe Murphy's post of earlier this AM, it appears some synergies are getting built into our system, thus alleviating one of my concerns. So I might need to need to look really hard to see which, if any, of my questions remain after reading the letter :-)]

At any rate, thought you'd find the following of interest.

Ciao,
Dan

Dear Mr. Adams,

I wanted to respond to some questions that you had raised on Silicon Investor, which were forwarded to my attention.

DCI has always maintained that shareholders (potential shareholders, institutions, etc...) contact the investor relations department when they have questions or concerns. A forum like Silicon Investor can be a helpful arena for individuals to share information, but if you check back, the company always asks that questions be directed to our IR people.

Our president does try to make himself available as long as it doesn't interfere with his duties. Despite his best efforts, it is not uncommon for people who do try to call on him to be referred back to the IR department. Which is still ok, as we can answer any question that arises (subject to disclosure rules of course).

Keeping shareholders informed is the IR function's responsibility. Every day we are on the phones with our shareholders, sending out investor kits and trying to discover new avenues through which we can further communicate the company's progress to the investment community.

I just wanted you to be aware of a valuable resource that the public can turn to if questions arise. We do our best to provide you with timely information, and gladly welcome your inqueries. You can contact us whatever way is most convenient for you (fax, email, telephone, US mail).

Thank you for your interest in DCI Telecommunications, Inc.

Sincerely,

Daniel J. Murphy
VP, Financial Planning
