For anyone who investigates here occasionally... I spoke to Bill Birmingham (CFO) this morning ref the merger agreement. He said that GBFC had only recently filed the requisite S4 registration and that the SEC has 30 days to respond. Therefore, the merger probably won't happen until May. If you have more questions, I would encourage you to call the company and talk to the CFO. I have talked with him about 5 times over since Jan and he is always helpful and I think he is being a straight shooter with investors.
