It would seem, too, that part of the reason for Wright's judgment has to do with the nature of the case. Jones waited too long to file a "normal" sexual harassment suit; because of the expiration of the relevant statute of limitations she had to seek to prove that she'd been discriminated against because she rejected his advance. Hence her (idiotic) complaint that she hadn't been given Secretary's Day flowers. Wright also found that she hadn't been denied salary increases, etc. etc. So: no case.

(Though as someone on another thread commented recently: with her appallingly deficient grasp of the English language, as demonstrated in her recent deposition, how could she even have WORKED as a secretary?)
