Re: CMND. It will vary from broker to broker but usually new issues will not be marginable until the restricted period is lifted, this is usually around 30 - 45 days after the IPO. This will almost always hold true with any houses that were allocated shares in the IPO.

I would be buying in on CMND now, it may retrace a bit but I think it's more likely that when Volpe and Cowen start coverage - if they have'nt already (and I dont think they have)- the stock blows thru 20.
