Maurice, John Galt welcomes you, but only until I am finished revealing the simpleton that you are. You equate randomness to mysticism. The connection here is mystifying. Perhaps input from your in-depth knowledge of quantum mechanics, chaos theory, and fuzzy logic may be useful here. Your added connection of rationalism to determinism is even more mystifying. Where in your philosophies is it written that rationalism must ascribe to a no chance, no choice, and no mind moronic fatalism? Are you comfy in your autonamic world? Figured everything out, have you? You agree two-plus-two equals four, therefore, the universe is completely causal. Brilliant! Back to your cave!
