Thanks for the support, Richard. It often seems as if no one else is interested in FM but we very few. Even the Yahoo board is pretty barren. At least my friends are very happy that I got them into Foodmaker last year. S&P issued another ratings update, but with a twist that I did not predict. This time they reversed their bank rating back down to the double B minus which they just upgraded from back in February. This is due to the increase in secured bank debt from the refinancing. They kept the outlook at positive though, and reiterated how strong the company's performance has been in a difficult competitive market. biz.yahoo.com
