Stan,

Just pulled up Lombard graph. EDS began trading as "EDS" in June 1996. Before that it was traded as "GME", a wholly owned subsidiary of General Motors. EDS sold in 54-58 range throughout March 1996. Right now, at 46 1/8 it's probably at or near a 52 week low. Selloff was due to mention of a "soft" 4th quarter. 3rd quarter earnings came in right at what was expected. I'm not recommending anyone buy. Everyone needs to do their homework. EDS Vice Chairman was very upbeat (on CNBC last Wedmesday) about the future starting with 1st quarter 1997. He claimed 4th quarter is a "bubble" and he was "puzzled" by the selloff. Stock gave back about 20% in the past couple days. May be dead money for a while but I think outsourcing will continue to grow. EDS, CSC and IBM's ISSC group are probably the three biggest players. Hope this helps some.

Dave
