David..I was monitorin MCHP from the GitGo (Sorry GG <g>) and if we are going to get more of that kind of "negative action"...sign me up! <vbg> 207.95.154.130 Amazing what a bit of an oversold condition can do when a bunch of funds have LOTS of money in a new quarter, no? But LSI is running weaker than I anticipated... might you have been right to err on the side of caution?... TSO
