[TI-ACER]--Hi Pat, as you are aware, txn sold its stake to
acer a few weeks ago. I think they agreed to phase out their
involvement with this subsidiary over the 12 months. The overall
impact to their bottomline will be miniscule. Any weakness in
the stock due this announcement should be viewed as an opportunity
to add to my position prior to earnings.
