"if you add up the company assets, including current and potential lawsuits, you could get 20 cents or more."
You could come up with zero too. Pray tell, how did you come up with a list of company assets when such list doesn't exist in the public domain? I can see why there's optimism, even if it is misplaced based on tmmi's past reliability re quasi-public statements, but there is NO basis in fact for asserting asset values of 20 cents per share. For one, who knows what the # of outstanding shares is? Answer: No one who is talking to non-insider investors. For all we know, they've continued to issue stock. Next, what are tmmi's liabilities, actual and contingent? That's what I thought: You don't know. Nor do I.
Bruce, I understand your desire for tmmi to succeed but let them do it on their own. Shucks, we can't be sure that "echo's" recent comments were from Tom Simpson. JP, as indicated by recent posts, realizes that things haven't changed because someone named echo says so. We've been down this path so many times in the past, one would think that we'd learn a lesson or two.
