Hi Oily,
such statements along more or less the same lines are shown in virtual all press reports.
Just to 'rinse their hands clean ' ,just in case actual happenings do not turn out like the company has anticipated/hoped for .
Just general accepted accounting principles in the country where the sentence 'I'll see you in court ' spawns a industry by itself.
