NORT is off a large percentage today and it is trading at the lows. Once it got down to 1 1/8 x 1 5/32 when 124,000 shs have traded the buy side on the stock was enormous. I was the second one to bite to pick up my initial stake. I only saw roughly 15,000 shs at 1 1/8 but no upside pressure on the stock. My take is that Kennedy Capital or another institution maybe dumping their stake since it is tempting to ride the momentum plays at this time and fund perfermance cannot tolerate a losing return in this bullmarket. My take is the specialists are accumulating it and waiting for news to dump on the retail public. My take is we probably are in a rolling stock until the prospects in the sector become more well defined.
