Thanks Quincy and Clark,

I guess my question is both technical and political. Is there an advantage to "overlay" a mobil network over a WLL or do you have to start from scratch again? What if, a few years from now, QCOM got all these WLL all over Russia, India or where ever, wouldn't it sense that someone gobble up the mobil side and just put that system right over the existing systems. If it is technically feasible and economically sound, the political side should be easy.

I am still trying to figure out what is going to be QCOM's bread and butter in the next few years.
