I have not been following this stock as closely as others, but I do have a few questions.

1. How do you establish that in your opinion the company is going to zero ?
2. How do you judge the current management ? (TWTI/ISGI)
3. When do you judge that the amount of insider selling is excessive?
4. Do you feel that Medaphis is heading towards zero? Is it a good short here ?

At today's valuations, what do you see as the most promising longs and shorts. (currently I only am short Micron) From my limited experience, it seems that stocks like coke and gillette are way overvalued (at least fundamentally) but as long as the money is there, they are going up.
