December 11, 1997 is not, old, old news. And I was certainly not aware of it, although I have followed this thread for a very long time. By the way, the link to the SEC site for any who want to verify the information: sec.gov It seems odd that Joe Medsker chose to leave this thread very shortly after someone asked him if he had been affiliated with some company. I haven't gone back to see if it was one of the companies named in the Litigation Release. I for one have a disinclination to use, or rely upon, dd provided by a person who may have a past record of misconduct in the securities field. So please do not patronize me by telling me this is old news. And please on not expect me to appologize for dragging in dirty laundry. It's not MY laundry.
