The only thing certain about VRTY is that it WILL get bought. It is a component manufacturer in a market which is heading towards commoditization at light speed. The likely candidates are firms which already have strong OEM relationships such as IBM/Lotus (they might buy just to get rid of the lawsuit), Eastman Software, DCTM etc .... or firms which have just been locked out by DOCSF's acquisition of FULCF like FILE (that would be my pick. MSFT wont buy ... they have too much invested in Yukon (which will if nothing else happens destroy the independant existence of VRTY within 2 years) I'm not sure where the Oracle rumors are coming from and I'm a little hard pressed to see the rationale.
