I am long gone from this puppy. In at 3/4 (after 50M news), out at 1.10 (after Tampa conference). I saw the price go to 1.47, and had great hopes. But the daily trading pattern was too strange. Early pump, late dump, day after day, and I watched it drain the pipeline. What was left had a funny smell. IMHO. I would advise the greenhorns that are left in this stock to phone the IR and get some real news. Financed by equity could mean stock dilution, and as far as qualifying for NASDAQ, you have to begin to file disclosures. If they are really trying to qualify, then they will have filing dates.
