I have lost my respect for Kaiser with the release of the last newsletter.

Here's a quote from part of his newsletter:

>The leak to which I referred did not in my
>view contain material information that would affect investment
>decisions. But it also did not qualify as the sort of details a
>company might reveal on a selective basis that would assist with the
>interpretation of a project's potential, and which are welcome
>contributions to the public domain through investor forums, brokerage
>research or newsletter commentary. The posting to which I objected was
>really just a childish brag about how this outsider knew what only
>insiders were supposed to know, ...

He has insinuated that he has had access to selective information, and worst of all directly from the company. Regardless if the information helps to "assist with the interpretation of a project's potential", selectively disclosing information should not be allowed by the company (and I believe it is illegal), especially to newsletter writers who own positions in those companies.

Concerning the reference to Mr. Famularo as posting a "childish brag", I was amazed that a professional would go to the level of insulting people. I now believe Jessie's theory that Kaiser feels threatened by Frank's presence.

This place is here to provide a relatively uncensored free flow of thoughts and opinions. All the posts I have seen have been non-formal and sometimes funny. If people started writing like a bunch of stiffs I don't think anybody would enjoy reading these forums, or enjoy participating in them.

Frank also makes light hearted comments regarding women, will he be referred to as a "pervert" in the next newsletter? I think Mr. Kaiser is abusing his powers as one of the media labelled "leaders" of the Alberta Diamond followings. He should reconsider singling out people from the position he is at right now in order to gain publicity or whatever reason he is doing this for.

Another note, CNBC announces "street rumors" such as rumors about mergers which they pick up from brokers or the internet. I don't know the viewership of CNBC, but I estimate it to be a few million. Sometimes these rumors come out true, and this is what they announce when their announced rumor comes true "You heard it here first".

Keep up the good work Frank.
