sorry to seem like such a newbie but the thought of a track in my backyard with its crime, traffic and gambling addicts is scary for me and my neighbours. The BC Racing Commission was also approached and they say there is not an application in on this and the promoters have not even met with the main guy, Joe Horton. In any event the existing track has 20 years left on its lease and there would be public hearings on this big time. Good luck with Sungold's other projects just forget about Richmond.
