Received a call today from IR (John Freece) concerning my quesiton about earnings impact of the recent acquisition. Not really anything new other than his statement that no figure has been officially announced but that the company is very certain of a positive and significant impact to earnings in the upcoming quarter. He said the company was planning to issue specific guidance on May 4th during a conference call and that the delay was due to the amount of work necessary to develop such an estimate given the recent-ness of the acquisition. He was very upbeat about the company and said that guidance would most certainly be forthcoming. Regards, J
