Bob, In an attempt to clean up the OTC market, all companies will now be required to file financials with the SEC in order to be quoted on the market. I don't know the exact dates for this change, but it has been a significant subject of debate for many of the BB stocks I own. I like the move, so many of these BB companies otherwise would never bother, and it makes it hard to determine whom the scams are without financial information. So, unless ERHC files, they would then drop to the pink sheets, about as close to share death as you can get..... Jack
