John, I believe FAMH can call a special shareholder meeting with just the insiders because they have controlling interest. That meeting could take place in about 30 seconds!

ATXI can do the same thing as long as they have the necessary shares represented.

At least that's how I have seen these things happen before.

Of course, the specifics are outlined in the corporate bylaws, but that kind of stuff is usually pretty standard.
