Richie,
I have held a position in X-Cal since about 1994, and I have been following the company closely since then. I read all their press releases, quarterly reports and annual reports carefully, I have attended one annual meeting, and have talked to Shawn Kennedy (X-Cal's president) on several occasions over the years (most recently just prior to the closure of their private placement).

I do not have any relationship with the company other than as a shareholder.
