Nice reply (really). Although I think you're stretching things a bit to imply my comments were a personal attack. David would surely claim such remarks (when made by him) were "observations".

I congratulate you on your investment income, and that being the case, I think you've made the right decision. The hassle wouldn't be worth the effort. Zsolt (and most like him) are in it as much for the power thrill as the money. It has to be almost a compulsion to enter that arena.

If SoCal has such a bad reputation (I keep hearing that), then why is it so crowded!?!
