Dear Ted & Calvin - It seems that both of you are ex-employees of CRUS but feel management have not done enough [in ways more than one,] maybe you can help us [or me, if others have already heard it before] how management has failed. I m looking for some substantive, preferably sans emotion, stuff . I mean, I ve read Calvin's comment about losing a marketing guy to NeoMagic, but while I am not in S.V., I ve heard people hop around alot. So, as an outsider, I cannot assess the reason of departure. Do the top honcho and the board mistreat people, being dictatorial etc? Again, I understand this is subjective things, so any concrete substantiation is appreciated.

Btw, I ve no intention to start a flamewar. OOH, it is a truism that good management is extremely important. So it is important for me to understand more - what's wrong. OTOH, it is also true that cos can be out of favor simply b/c they don't like to play balls with the high and mighty analysts - and thus lack of coverage. I see the latter is a temporary situation, based on my investment objectives.

TIA

rgds Bosco
