Andrew,

Ed Lai, the chairman, is very keen to get off the CDN and onto the TSE
(Toronto Stock Exchange) and had stated in a letter to stockholders that is his intent. He has been negotiating with a shell company
prior to the Uganda deal. Now, as it stands, the Uganda deal can
qualify IBIC for the TSE. I believe he plans to take which ever comes first..anything to get off the CDN and away from Market Makers.
Along with TSE listing is also listing on the Nasdeq. My understanding
is that once paper work is filed it takes about 2-3 months to be listed and I am assuming one would not file unless assured of being listed. I would expect to see a listing in the June/July time frame.

I don't have any insider information..just reading post in CW, chats on CW, IBIC home page and letter to shareholders. Do your own DD
but I continue to be happy with my investment in IBIC.

Elizabeth
